The DeMarion Sankofa Foundation was created to honor the life and legacy of Mr. Henry Earl Marion, who placed great value on education and living a life in service to others.

The DeMarion Sankofa Foundation is united by and driven by a desire to give back to the Aberdeen, MS community. We provide academic scholarships to those seeking to further their education, community service grants to those who are also dedicated to serving Aberdeen, financial assistance grants to those individuals or families who are in need, and business grants to young entrepreneurs to offset business costs or to get their business started.
